How do you ensure the photos match my brand's style?

Can we shoot at multiple locations?
Absolutely! We’re more than happy to accommodate shoots at multiple locations. Keep in mind that depending on the distance between locations, there may be additional time and costs involved.
What is your turnaround time for delivering the final images?
Our standard turnaround time is between 2-4 weeks after the shoot, depending on the complexity of the project and post-processing requirements. If you have a specific deadline, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer post-processing or retouching services?
Yes, we do. Every image delivered has been professionally edited to ensure it meets our high standards. If you have specific retouching requests, we’re happy to discuss these with you.
What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Do you offer image licensing for commercial use?
Yes, all of our photography services include licensing for commercial use. The specifics of the licensing will be outlined in your service agreement, ensuring you have the rights you need for your intended use.
How can we use drone footage?
Drone footage can be used in a variety of ways, from enhancing your website and social media presence to being incorporated into promotional and marketing materials. We’ll discuss your needs and ensure the footage we capture aligns with your goals.
What Areas do you cover?
We are fortunate enough to be based in Boroughbridge, right by the A1. This means we have access to all of North Yorkshire, Durham, Teesside and Newcastle to the north. Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull and the Midlands to the south. Harrogate, York, Scarborough and Malton are home to a good number of our clients who require on-site images.
We also regularly are found in London and the South for full day shoots and larger assignments.
We also have several clients that send us products to photograph here at our specially equipped product studio and we are happy to return them once photographed.
